As a HR Executive at Define Labs, you will be pivotal in sourcing, attracting and hiring top talent to fulfill the organization's needs. You will work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies to identify and engage qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relevant Experience : 1-2 Yrs
- Understand staffing needs, define job requirements and create job specifications.
- Determine essential skills, experience and qualifications for each position.
- Attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking and employee referrals.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance sourcing and hiring processes.
- Identify candidates through online job postings, networking events, job fairs and recruitment agencies.
- Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, assess qualifications and fit for the position.
- Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers for a seamless process.
- Assess skills, experience and cultural fit, providing feedback to hiring managers.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with successful candidates.
- Provide necessary information and support for smooth integration into the organization.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, recruitment activities and hiring metrics.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Strong understanding of payroll processing and related compliance requirements.
Required Skills:
- Practical experience in using MS Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to build effective relationships.
- Strong technical background and knowledge of the Talent acquisition lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors in CS/IT + MBA in HR
