HR Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for architectural, design, project, site, and corporate roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
• Coordinate payroll activities and ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
• Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HR MIS.
• Plan and support training and development programs aligned with business and project needs.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, and team-building activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Handle employee grievances, ensure timely resolution, and maintain healthy employee relations.
• Support implementation of HR policies, statutory compliance, and day-to-day HR operations.

* Alternate Saturdays off

* Office location : Kandivali West Mumbai

Candidates having experience with builders, design & build firms, or real estate projects will be an added advantage.
