Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Coordinate manpower requirements with department heads
  • Source, screen, and schedule interviews
  • Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters
  • Handle joining formalities and employee induction

2. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Support

  • Maintain daily attendance and shift records
  • Process leave applications and overtime data
  • Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with accounts
  • Support final settlement (F&F) for exiting employees

3. Statutory & Labour Compliance

  • Maintain employee records for PF, ESI, and other statutory needs
  • Ensure compliance under applicable labour laws and Factory Act
  • Maintain registers: muster roll, wages, leave, overtime

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
