Job description:

The HR Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee relations, and performance management. The role ensures adherence to labor laws, company policies, and pharma regulatory standards while supporting workforce planning, training, and employee engagement to maintain a productive and compliant work environment.

key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
  • Handle payroll inputs, attendance, and HR records
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and pharma regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate training, performance appraisals, and employee engagement activities
  • Support employee relations, grievance handling, and HR policy implementation

Requirements:

Male/ Female Candidate will be done with the Pharma experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
