We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to manage and execute various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance. With 5 to 6 years of experience in HR, the ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing employee satisfaction, promoting organizational development, and ensuring smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Administration and Reporting:
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare and present HR reports.
- Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, leave management, and employee perks.
- Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, from job postings and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding candidates.
- Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and concerns.
- Maintain a positive work environment by resolving conflicts and promoting open communication between management and staff.
- Conduct employee engagement surveys and initiatives to drive high levels of employee satisfaction and retention.
- Performance Management:
- Manage performance appraisal processes, including setting up timelines, feedback collection, and ensuring completion.
- HR Policies and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and track mandatory employee certifications, licenses, and legal compliance matters.

Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) are a plus.
- Experience:
- 5-6 years of proven experience in HR, with exposure to multiple HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Prior experience in handling sensitive employee matters and managing HR initiatives is highly preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and HR software systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and in fast-paced environments.
