Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR Executive who will independently manage the complete Human Resources function. This role requires handling end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee lifecycle management, HR policies, payroll coordination, compliance, performance management, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for all positions (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, offer rollouts).
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other joining documentation.
- Manage employee onboarding and induction process.
- Plan and conduct campus placement drives as per organizational hiring requirements.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen active relationships with placement officers and faculty of colleges and educational institutions for continuous talent sourcing.
2. Employee Lifecycle Management
- Maintain employee records, files, and HR trackers.
- Handle confirmations, role changes, increments, and exits.
- Conduct exit formalities including exit interviews and final settlements.
- Maintain attendance, leave, and work-from-home records.
3. Payroll & Compensation Support
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs including attendance, leaves, incentives, and deductions.
- Ensure timely salary processing with accuracy.
- Handle salary-related queries from employees.
- Support statutory deductions such as PF, PT, ESIC (if applicable).
4. HR Policies & Compliance
- Draft, implement, and communicate HR policies, SOPs, and guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Maintain records related to compliance, audits, and documentation.
5. Performance Management
- Coordinate monthly and annual performance review processes.
- Track KPIs, appraisals, and performance improvement plans.
- Support managers in documentation related to performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
6. Employee Relations & Discipline
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
- Maintain professional communication between management and employees.
- Handle disciplinary processes including warning letters, notices, and terminations.
- Promote a positive and professional work culture.
7. HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain HR dashboards, reports, and trackers.
- Support management with HR data, MIS, and reporting.
- Coordinate with vendors related to HR services when required.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
