Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR Executive who will independently manage the complete Human Resources function. This role requires handling end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee lifecycle management, HR policies, payroll coordination, compliance, performance management, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for all positions (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, offer rollouts).
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other joining documentation.
  • Manage employee onboarding and induction process.
  • Plan and conduct campus placement drives as per organizational hiring requirements.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen active relationships with placement officers and faculty of colleges and educational institutions for continuous talent sourcing.

2. Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Maintain employee records, files, and HR trackers.
  • Handle confirmations, role changes, increments, and exits.
  • Conduct exit formalities including exit interviews and final settlements.
  • Maintain attendance, leave, and work-from-home records.

3. Payroll & Compensation Support

  • Coordinate monthly payroll inputs including attendance, leaves, incentives, and deductions.
  • Ensure timely salary processing with accuracy.
  • Handle salary-related queries from employees.
  • Support statutory deductions such as PF, PT, ESIC (if applicable).

4. HR Policies & Compliance

  • Draft, implement, and communicate HR policies, SOPs, and guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain records related to compliance, audits, and documentation.

5. Performance Management

  • Coordinate monthly and annual performance review processes.
  • Track KPIs, appraisals, and performance improvement plans.
  • Support managers in documentation related to performance reviews and disciplinary actions.

6. Employee Relations & Discipline

  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
  • Maintain professional communication between management and employees.
  • Handle disciplinary processes including warning letters, notices, and terminations.
  • Promote a positive and professional work culture.

7. HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain HR dashboards, reports, and trackers.
  • Support management with HR data, MIS, and reporting.
  • Coordinate with vendors related to HR services when required.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
