  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process, answering inquiries and addressing concerns.
  • Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for future job openings.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop effective recruitment strategies and improve the overall hiring process.
  • Prepare and present recruitment reports and metrics to management.
