HR Executive

Modigold Beverages Private Limited is looking for an HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations for its office and factory workforce. The role includes recruitment coordination, employee record management, attendance and payroll support, and strict follow-up of statutory compliances. The candidate will be responsible for coordination related to ESI, PF, labour laws, factory labour registers, contractor records, and inspections, and for supporting implementation of HR policies and SOPs at the factory level. Prior experience handling factory HR and statutory coordination is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹36,908.53 per month
