Job Description:

As an HR Profile, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for roles focused on promoting our E-Commerce Platform, **Holiday Packages.

Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen potential candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
⁠Conduct telephonic interviews and evaluate candidates for various sales and customer service roles.
Coordinate with hiring managers for interviews and selections.
⁠Maintain accurate records of interviews and hiring processes
Support HR functions including onboarding and documentation

Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Undergraduate / Graduate
Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome
Languages Required:
Proficiency in Hindi is essential
⁠Basic knowledge of English is required

Skills Required:
⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to influence and persuade potential candidates
⁠Strong negotiation skills
⁠Good organizational and coordination abilities
