•Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
•Maintain employee records and HR databases
•Assist in payroll processing, attendance, and leave management
•Support performance management and appraisal processes
•Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
•Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
•Coordinate training and development programs
•Manage employee engagement and welfare activities
•Assist in disciplinary actions and grievance handling
•Prepare HR reports and documentation
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of experience in an HR role.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
