We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team in the banking industry. The role involves a balanced mix of Talent Acquisition and HR Operations, ensuring smooth end-to-end recruitment along with effective employee life cycle management.
Key Responsibilities:Recruitment (60%)
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various banking roles (Sales, Operations, Back Office, and Customer Service).
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and direct sourcing.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical/managerial rounds.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates for ongoing and future requirements.
- Prepare and issue offer letters, track joining status, and assist in onboarding.
HR Operations (40%)
- Manage employee documentation, joining formalities, and background verification.
- Maintain HR databases, attendance, and leave records.
- Support payroll data preparation and coordinate with the finance team.
- Handle exit formalities, feedback collection, and full & final settlements.
- Assist in employee engagement and training coordination.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations.
- Familiarity with banking roles and compliance norms (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
