- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from manpower requisition to hiring approval.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
- Prepare and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen CVs, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial interviews.
- Schedule interviews with line managers and coordinate interview panels.
- Conduct reference and background checks where required.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employment documentation.
- Maintain recruitment records, trackers, and candidate databases.
- Support onboarding activities and coordinate joining formalities.
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and labor laws.
- Assist in employer branding and recruitment drives when required.
- Generate recruitment reports and hiring analytics for management.
