  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle from manpower requisition to hiring approval.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
  • Prepare and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen CVs, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial interviews.
  • Schedule interviews with line managers and coordinate interview panels.
  • Conduct reference and background checks where required.
  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employment documentation.
  • Maintain recruitment records, trackers, and candidate databases.
  • Support onboarding activities and coordinate joining formalities.
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and labor laws.
  • Assist in employer branding and recruitment drives when required.
  • Generate recruitment reports and hiring analytics for management.
