HR Executive

• Recruitment and Selection:
• Managing the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and extending offers.

Employee Relations and Engagement:

• Resolving employee relations issues and conflicts.
• Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback.
• Administering HR policies and procedures.
• Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Organizing employee engagement activities and events.
• Addressing employee concerns and grievances.
• Managing employee exit processes, including exit interviews.

Compliance and Policy:

• Ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
• Developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
• Maintaining accurate employee records.
• Managing employee benefits and compensation.
• Overseeing payroll and other administrative tasks.

Other Responsibilities:

• Supervising and managing the HR team.
• Analyzing HR data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Developing and implementing training and development programs.
• Staying up-to-date on HR best practices and trends.
• Contributing to the overall strategic direction of the HR function.
