HR & Admin Executive (DAFZA Experience Preferred)

We are seeking a highly experienced HR & Admin Executive with strong hands-on expertise in Dubai Airport Freezone (DAFZA) operations. The ideal candidate must have proven experience handling end-to-end HR and administrative functions, ensuring full compliance with DAFZA regulations, UAE Labour Law, and internal company policies. The role requires managing employee lifecycle activities, company statutory renewals, and coordination with DAFZA authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources (A–Z Handling):

  • Manage complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, probation, confirmation, renewals, and offboarding.
  • Handle DAFZA employment visas
  • New visas (inside & outside UAE)
  • Visa renewals, cancellations, and status changes
  • Medical tests, Emirates ID, and biometric appointments
  • Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with DAFZA and UAE Labour Law.
  • Prepare and issue employment contracts, amendments, offer letters, warning letters, termination letters, and end-of-service settlements as per UAE Labour Law.
  • Coordinate employee leave management, attendance, absconding cases, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Handle health insurance enrollment, renewals, and claims coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with DAFZA HR policies, labour inspections, and audits.
  • Experience working with Oracle NetSuite for HR and payroll.
  • Ability to independently handle HR, Payroll & Admin operations with minimal supervision.

Administration & Company Affairs:

  • Liaise directly with DAFZA authorities for all HR and administrative matters.
  • Manage company license renewal, establishment card, and immigration-related approvals through DAFZA portals.
  • Handle tenancy contract (Ejari / Lease) renewal and coordinate with DAFZA facilities management.
  • Maintain and update company legal documents, including:
  • Trade License
  • Tenancy Agreement
  • MOA & Share Certificates
  • Immigration & Labour Establishment Files
  • Draft and manage internal company agreements, NDAs, HR policies, and internal contracts.
  • Coordinate with banks, insurance providers, and service vendors as required.
  • Support management with HR reports, compliance documentation, and audits.

Requirements (As per DAFZA Standards):

Mandatory:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in Dubai Airport Freezone (DAFZA)
  • Strong knowledge of DAFZA rules, HR procedures, and portal operations.
  • In-depth understanding of UAE Labour Law and Freezone employment regulations.
  • Hands-on experience in visa processing, labour documentation, and company renewals.
  • Ability to independently handle HR & Admin operations without supervision.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong drafting skills for official letters, contracts, and internal policies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation systems.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic, Urdu and Pashto is an advantage).
