- Recruitment and Selection:

- Resolving employee relations issues and conflicts.
- Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback.
- Administering HR policies and procedures.
- Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Addressing employee concerns and grievances.
- Managing employee exit processes, including exit interviews.
Compliance and Policy:
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
- Maintaining accurate employee records.
- Managing employee benefits and compensation.
- Overseeing payroll and other administrative tasks.
Other Responsibilities:
- Supervising and managing the HR team.
- Analyzing HR data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Developing and implementing training and development programs.
- Staying up-to-date on HR best practices and trends.
- Contributing to the overall strategic direction of the HR function.
