Job Summary:

We are looking for a people-centric HR Professional to join our team. You will be the backbone of our employee experience, overseeing everything from the initial handshake during recruitment to long-term talent development. The ideal candidate is someone who balances high-level strategy with the day-to-day administrative tasks that keep a company running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
• Onboarding & Culture: Lead the orientation process to ensure new hires feel welcomed and prepared. Drive initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive company culture.
• Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to both employees and management to resolve conflicts and improve workplace morale.
• Compliance & Policy: Maintain and update the Employee Handbook; ensure the company stays compliant with local, state, and federal labor laws.
• Performance Management: Support managers in conducting annual reviews and professional development plans.

What You Bring

• Experience: 1-3+ years in an HR role.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (SHRM or PHR certification is a big plus).
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills—you’re a "people person" who knows how to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Organization: High attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
