Objective
To support the Human Resources function with a strong focus on recruitment (60%), while also assisting in onboarding, compliance, payroll, and employee engagement to ensure smooth HR operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment (Primary – 60%)
- Post job openings on job portals and social media.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with department managers.
- Assist in conducting interviews and managing candidate communication.
- Prepare weekly recruitment status reports.
Onboarding & HR Operations
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
- Support payroll preparation and ensure accuracy of data.
- Address basic employee queries and escalate issues when required.
Compliance & Engagement
- Track compliance submissions (PF, ESIC, PT, minimum wages, labor law adherence).
- Coordinate training sessions and maintain attendance records.
- Conduct employee engagement activities (small events, feedback sessions).
- Prepare monthly HR reports (attrition, attendance, recruitment status).
- Assist in employee satisfaction surveys and compile feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to recruitment.
- Knowledge of HR compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, labor laws).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
