Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Objective

To support the Human Resources function with a strong focus on recruitment (60%), while also assisting in onboarding, compliance, payroll, and employee engagement to ensure smooth HR operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment (Primary – 60%)

  • Post job openings on job portals and social media.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with department managers.
  • Assist in conducting interviews and managing candidate communication.
  • Prepare weekly recruitment status reports.

Onboarding & HR Operations

  • Handle employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
  • Support payroll preparation and ensure accuracy of data.
  • Address basic employee queries and escalate issues when required.

Compliance & Engagement

  • Track compliance submissions (PF, ESIC, PT, minimum wages, labor law adherence).
  • Coordinate training sessions and maintain attendance records.
  • Conduct employee engagement activities (small events, feedback sessions).
  • Prepare monthly HR reports (attrition, attendance, recruitment status).
  • Assist in employee satisfaction surveys and compile feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to recruitment.
  • Knowledge of HR compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, labor laws).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
