Job Title: Front Office cum HR Executive

Department: Human Resources & Administration
Reporting To: HR Manager / Admin Manager
Location: Kalampalayam,Siruvani Road,Coimbatore
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience Required: Fresher – 1 Years (MBA HR preferred)

Job Summary

The Front Office cum HR Executive will be responsible for front desk operations, handling employee queries, supporting HR documentation and assisting in day-to-day HR administrative tasks. This role is suitable for candidates who completed MBA in HR and have basic knowledge of HR processes.

Key ResponsibilitiesFront Office / Reception Duties

  • Greeting visitors, clients and candidates, and directing them appropriately.
  • Managing incoming calls, emails, courier and front desk records.
  • Maintaining visitor log book, front office register and meeting schedules.
  • Handling office stationery, ID cards, access cards and general admin tasks.

HR Support Activities

  • Assist in recruitment process (job posting, resume screening, arranging interviews).
  • Coordinate new employee joining formalities – offer letter, joining kit, induction.
  • Maintain employee personal files & HR database.
  • Handle attendance monitoring & leave records (basic HRMS data entry).
  • Support payroll inputs like attendance sheet, leave summary, new joiners/resignations list.
  • Help in preparing HR letters – Appointment, Confirmation, Experience, Relieving letters.
  • Support employee engagement activities – birthday events, celebrations, notices, circulars.
  • Coordinate training arrangements and maintain training records.

Skills & Competencies Required

  • Basic HR knowledge (Recruitment, HR documentation, attendance, payroll input).
  • Good communication skills (English & local language).
  • Pleasant personality with professional telephone & email etiquette.
  • Knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel, Email.
  • Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality & handle administrative work.

Qualifications

  • MBA / MSW / PG Diploma – Human Resource Management (Preferred)
  • Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years HR experience may apply.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
