Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support, in line with organizational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand hiring requirements from department heads and management.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Share timely updates and feedback with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Issue offer letters and coordinate joining formalities.
- Support onboarding and induction processes.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and procedures.
- Assist in employer branding and campus hiring initiatives, if required.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Sound understanding of recruitment processes.
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring timelines.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, emails, and job portals.
Qualifications:
- Graduate or Postgraduate in HR, Management, or a related field.
Experience
- 1 to 6 years of relevant experience in recruitment.
Salary Range:
- ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance).
