Job Title: HR Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support, in line with organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand hiring requirements from department heads and management.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
  • Share timely updates and feedback with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Issue offer letters and coordinate joining formalities.
  • Support onboarding and induction processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and procedures.
  • Assist in employer branding and campus hiring initiatives, if required.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
  • Sound understanding of recruitment processes.
  • Ability to work independently and meet hiring timelines.
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel, emails, and job portals.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in HR, Management, or a related field.

Experience

  • 1 to 6 years of relevant experience in recruitment.

Salary Range:

  • ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
