Job Title: HR Generalist

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
• Manage attendance, payroll coordination, and HR documentation
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and HR policies
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth HR processes
• Support compliance, MIS reporting, and HR audits
• Travel within Pune for official HR activities as required

Candidate Requirements:

• Gender: Male
• Age: 25–30 years
• Must own a two-wheeler/vehicle
• Comfortable with travel across Mumbai
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable personality with a professional attitude
• Immediate joiner preferred

Location Details:

• Workstation: Pune
