HR Executive

We have an immediate requirement of HR Executive at Minister Road, Begumpet.

Requirements:

• Qualification: B.Com or MBA Human Resources.
• Experience: 1-3 years
• Gender : Male and Female
• Salary: 21000-25000/-
• Immediate joiners and local candidates should apply.
• Should have good knowledge on MS Excel.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes.
• Hands-on experience in payroll processing.

Job Description:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
• Post job openings on job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
• Prepare and issue offer letters and appointment letters.
• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Maintain attendance, leave, overtime, and salary inputs.
• Handle PF, ESI, PT, and other statutory deductions.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Handle joining, onboarding, confirmation, resignation, and exit formalities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
