About the Role

Contribute to identifying HR priorities and recommend best practices for constant recruitment at both a strategic and operational level. Provide advice, strategies, and expertise for successful people management. Support the managers and all the team members and facilitate achieving business aims with a focused HR service. Build long-term relationships with new and existing team members.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop an HR strategy focused on both successful recruitment and team members’ satisfaction
• Recruit actively new team members as required by the department manager
• Keep an active pipeline of candidates Cvs for the most crucial job position which will drive the growth of the company
• Provide guidance to support all staff on the HR activities including policies, vacation management, internal communications, retention, learning/development, and terms and conditions of employment
• Manage the onboarding and orientation process
• Create and manage a performance management system (competencies, KPIs, assessment tools, reward and performance appraisal system)
• Set rules and create policies to organize the team members’ work
• Create and implement weekly and monthly HR activity reports
• Formulate plans to achieve all the HR objectives
• Oversee strategy, creative direction, timing, and execution of recruitment activities
• Identify market trends in HR Management

What You’ll Need:

· Bachelor’s degree preferably in any related field

· 5 years of experience

· Knowledge of HR software and resources

· Excellent knowledge of the HR concepts and strategies
