Job Opening: HR Executive (Freshers Welcome!)

Work Locations: Adajan, Althan, Mota Varachha & Katargam
Working Hours: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented HR Executive who is eager to start their career in the education sector. This role is perfect for freshers who want hands-on exposure in recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement across multiple branches.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit and coordinate with multiple branches (Adajan, Althan, Mota Varachha & Katargam).
• Assist in hiring and onboarding of teaching and non-teaching staff.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews and demo lectures.
• Prepare salary calculations and support salary transfers.
• Manage HR applications, attendance, and employee records.
• Conduct orientation and basic training sessions for new joiners.
• Support day-to-day HR operations and coordination with management.

Who Can Apply?

• Freshers or candidates with up to 1–2 years of HR experience
• Graduation in HR, Management, BBA, MBA, or related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to travel between branches
• Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
