Manages daily HR operations, Focusing on recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance reviews, payroll, benefits, and ensuring labor law compliance, bridging employees and management to support company goals through strategic talent management and positive workplace culture.

Key duties include designing compensation, implementing training, handling grievances, updating policies, and maintaining employee records.
