Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle overall HR operations of the company
  • Manage staff attendance, leave, and performance records
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, interviews, joining formalities)
  • Maintain employee files and HR documentation
  • Coordinate with management regarding staff requirements and issues
  • Ensure company policies and HR procedures are followed
  • Support employee engagement and daily HR activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR role
  • Good staff management and coordination skills
  • Strong recruitment and hiring skills
  • Knowledge of HR documentation and records
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Any graduation preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
