Key Responsibilities:
- Handle overall HR operations of the company
- Manage staff attendance, leave, and performance records
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, interviews, joining formalities)
- Maintain employee files and HR documentation
- Coordinate with management regarding staff requirements and issues
- Ensure company policies and HR procedures are followed
- Support employee engagement and daily HR activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR role
- Good staff management and coordination skills
- Strong recruitment and hiring skills
- Knowledge of HR documentation and records
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Any graduation preferred
