To manage and support all human resource functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and company policies, ensuring a positive and productive workplace.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process
- Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring decisions
- Handle employee onboarding and orientation
- Maintain employee records and files
Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns
- Ensure professional conduct and workplace discipline
- Handle grievances and conflict resolution
- Support management in employee communication
Policies & Compliance
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company rules
- Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information
- Guide employees on code of conduct and ethics
Performance Management
- Support performance appraisal processes
- Track employee performance and development plans
- Assist managers with feedback and improvement plans
Training & Development
- Identify training needs
- Coordinate internal and external training programs
- Support employee career development initiatives
Payroll & Attendance (if applicable)
- Coordinate payroll inputs
- Monitor attendance, leave, and time records
- Ensure accurate HR reporting
Exit Management
- Conduct exit interviews
- Manage full and final settlements
- Ensure knowledge transfer and access control
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Ability to handle sensitive issues professionally
- Good organizational and documentation skills
