To manage and support all human resource functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and company policies, ensuring a positive and productive workplace.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring decisions
  • Handle employee onboarding and orientation
  • Maintain employee records and files

Employee Relations

  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns
  • Ensure professional conduct and workplace discipline
  • Handle grievances and conflict resolution
  • Support management in employee communication

Policies & Compliance

  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company rules
  • Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information
  • Guide employees on code of conduct and ethics

Performance Management

  • Support performance appraisal processes
  • Track employee performance and development plans
  • Assist managers with feedback and improvement plans

Training & Development

  • Identify training needs
  • Coordinate internal and external training programs
  • Support employee career development initiatives

Payroll & Attendance (if applicable)

  • Coordinate payroll inputs
  • Monitor attendance, leave, and time records
  • Ensure accurate HR reporting

Exit Management

  • Conduct exit interviews
  • Manage full and final settlements
  • Ensure knowledge transfer and access control

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Ability to handle sensitive issues professionally
  • Good organizational and documentation skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Volunteer

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
