We are looking for a smart, motivated candidate to assist our Back Office Executive. The assistant will support in handling calls, managing emails, and promoting our services on social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle calls for clients queries, follow-ups, and support.
  • Follow-up with potential clients for sales leads and promotions.
  • Draft, review, and send email communications related to promotions, new products, and services.

  • Communicate with internal teams to ensure that promotional efforts are aligned with business objectives.
  • Assist with other back-office duties like document preparation, filing, and updating customer records.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service, calling, or similar back-office roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and email platforms.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms for promotional activities is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Preference will be given to candidates based in Bhopal.

Should be well aware about MS OFFICE (Word, Excel, Power Point).

Salary is no bar for experienced candidate in the same field.
