Job Title: HR Executive

Job Summary

The HR Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, employee documentation, payroll coordination, compliance with UAE Labour Law, and employee relations. The role ensures smooth HR processes and effective workforce management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate recruitment activities: screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and issuing offer letters
  • Prepare joining formalities, contracts, and onboarding documents
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and timesheets
  • Coordinate payroll inputs with finance/accounts
  • Maintain employee files (physical & digital)
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinate visa processing, renewal, cancellation, and medicals
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–3 years of HR experience (UAE experience preferred)
  • Knowledge of UAE Labour Law
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and HR documentation
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
