- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and personnel files as per statutory requirements.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and support performance management processes.
- Coordinate training programs, induction, and employee engagement activities.
- Manage exit formalities including full and final settlement, relieving letters, and exit interviews.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and documentation for audits and inspections.
- Support hospital/organizational policies and ensure proper implementation.
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 1–4 years of experience in HR operations (hospital or healthcare experience preferred).
