  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and personnel files as per statutory requirements.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and support performance management processes.
  • Coordinate training programs, induction, and employee engagement activities.
  • Manage exit formalities including full and final settlement, relieving letters, and exit interviews.
  • Prepare HR reports, MIS, and documentation for audits and inspections.
  • Support hospital/organizational policies and ensure proper implementation.
  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • 1–4 years of experience in HR operations (hospital or healthcare experience preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹13,500.00 per month
