Key Responsibilities
1. Colony Management Responsibilities
- Oversee administration of employee residential colony
- Allocate and maintain records of staff accommodation
- Coordinate housekeeping, cleanliness, water, electricity, and maintenance
- Handle employee issues related to colony facilities
- Liaise with vendors for repairs, security, and utilities
- Ensure discipline and adherence to colony rules
2. Safety & Compliance Responsibilities
- Support implementation of workplace health and safety policies
- Coordinate safety training, induction, and awareness programs
- Monitor use of safety equipment and PPE compliance
- Assist in accident reporting, investigation, and documentation
- Maintain safety records and compliance registers
- Coordinate with safety officers and external inspectors if required
3. Administrative & Extra HR Responsibilities
- Manage security staff, housekeeping, and other support services
- Maintain statutory registers and internal audit documents
- Assist in organizing employee welfare activities and events
- Support management in disciplinary actions and policy enforcement
- Coordinate medical camps, health checkups, and emergency response
- Perform any additional HR or administrative duties assigned by management
