Key Responsibilities

1. Colony Management Responsibilities

  • Oversee administration of employee residential colony
  • Allocate and maintain records of staff accommodation
  • Coordinate housekeeping, cleanliness, water, electricity, and maintenance
  • Handle employee issues related to colony facilities
  • Liaise with vendors for repairs, security, and utilities
  • Ensure discipline and adherence to colony rules

2. Safety & Compliance Responsibilities

  • Support implementation of workplace health and safety policies
  • Coordinate safety training, induction, and awareness programs
  • Monitor use of safety equipment and PPE compliance
  • Assist in accident reporting, investigation, and documentation
  • Maintain safety records and compliance registers
  • Coordinate with safety officers and external inspectors if required

3. Administrative & Extra HR Responsibilities

  • Manage security staff, housekeeping, and other support services
  • Maintain statutory registers and internal audit documents
  • Assist in organizing employee welfare activities and events
  • Support management in disciplinary actions and policy enforcement
  • Coordinate medical camps, health checkups, and emergency response
  • Perform any additional HR or administrative duties assigned by management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
