Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
  • Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, internship letters, experience letters, and certificates.
  • Coordinate with trainers, interns, and employees regarding schedules and HR-related queries.
  • Maintain attendance, leave records, and payroll-related coordination.
  • Support performance management and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
  • Assist management with HR reports and administrative tasks.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of HR policies, recruitment processes, and labor practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
  • Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
