Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
- Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, internship letters, experience letters, and certificates.
- Coordinate with trainers, interns, and employees regarding schedules and HR-related queries.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and payroll-related coordination.
- Support performance management and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
- Assist management with HR reports and administrative tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of HR policies, recruitment processes, and labor practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
- Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
