Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and compliance. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR processes and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process including screening, scheduling interviews, and offer roll-out.
  • Manage joining formalities and onboarding process.
  • Ensure timely completion of background verification (BGV).

2. Documentation & Records

  • Verify and maintain employee documents in HRMS and physical files.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance of employee data.
  • Maintain employee master records and trackers.

3. Attendance Support

  • Verify attendance, leaves, incentives, and deductions.

4. Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries.
  • Promote a positive and professional work culture.

5. Exit Management

  • Manage resignation process, exit interviews, and full & final settlements.
  • Ensure smooth handover and documentation closure.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong coordination and organizational ability.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws (basic level).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, HRMS.
  • Problem-solving and multitasking skills.

Qualification & Experience

  • Graduate / MBA in HR preferred.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
