Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end payroll processing and coordinate with finance/accounts
- Manage attendance, leave, and shift records through HRMS or manual systems
- Execute employee onboarding process (documentation, induction, HR orientation)
- Manage exit formalities, including full & final settlement and documentation
- Draft, implement, and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook
- Ensure policy compliance and effective communication to employees
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits
- Support audits and ensure compliance with internal HR processes
