Job Description – HR Assistant
Department: Human Resources
Reporting To: Head – HR
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Head HR to understand manpower requirements.
- Post job openings on job portals and company platforms.
- Share job requirements with Digital Marketing for designing and posting.
- Screen resumes and update shortlisted candidates to Head HR.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.
- Manage onboarding process including offer letters, document collection, verification, and HRMS data entry.
- Prepare HR letters such as Appointment letter, Memos, warning letters, termination, and experience letters.
Skills & Competencies
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS systems.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
