Job Description – HR Assistant

Department: Human Resources
Reporting To: Head – HR

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Head HR to understand manpower requirements.
  • Post job openings on job portals and company platforms.
  • Share job requirements with Digital Marketing for designing and posting.
  • Screen resumes and update shortlisted candidates to Head HR.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.
  • Manage onboarding process including offer letters, document collection, verification, and HRMS data entry.
  • Prepare HR letters such as Appointment letter, Memos, warning letters, termination, and experience letters.

Skills & Competencies

  • Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS systems.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
