Roles & Responsibilities

Will manage the Corporate End to End HR activities from the Bangalore Office for our Inhouse 350 Employees working across Pan India branches.

● Entire Employee Lifecycle Management - Onboarding till Exit

● Employee Relationship Management

● Payroll Management

● Training & Development

● Statutory Compliance

● Performance Management System

● Employee Engagement & Retention

● Grievance Handling

● HR Operations & MIS

● Employer Branding

● New Policies, Annual HR Operating Plan, HR Budgeting, HR Road Map, Implementation of Good HR practices

● Not limited to the above roles but also will cover other core HR activities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
