HR EXECUTIVE

Job Summary

The HR Executive – Recruitment is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities while supporting overall HR operations. The role focuses on sourcing, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and maintaining strong employee relations in alignment with company policies and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
  • Manage offer letters, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

Onboarding & HR Operations

  • Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
  • Prepare and maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Handle attendance, leave records, and HR MIS reports.
  • Support payroll inputs and employee data verification.

Employee Relations

  • Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities and initiatives.
  • Support grievance handling and conflict resolution.

Performance Management & Training

  • Assist in performance appraisal processes and documentation.
  • Coordinate training programs and maintain training records.

Compliance & Policy Implementation

  • Ensure adherence to company HR policies and labor laws.
  • Support statutory compliance and HR audits.
  • Assist in updating HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in HR and recruitment

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and HR operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet hiring deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR/recruitment tools.
  • Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
