Role Overview:
We’re looking for a proactive and strategic HR Executive to act as a true talent partner for our high-performance Sales and Tech teams. You’ll drive recruitment, engagement, and retention strategies to support our ambitious growth. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency or tech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales and technical roles — from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation.
• Onboarding & Integration: Design and deliver an engaging onboarding experience to ensure new hires are set up for success.
• Employee Relations: Act as a trusted HR point of contact, resolve conflicts, and nurture a positive, collaborative workplace culture.
• Performance Management: Facilitate performance reviews, coach managers, and support the creation of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
• HR Operations: Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws. Maintain employee records and assist with payroll inputs.
• HR Insights: Track and report on key metrics (turnover, recruitment efficiency, engagement) to help guide people decisions.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience as an HR Executive or similar generalist role.
• Background in call center, software house, IT, or digital agency is a strong advantage.
• Solid understanding of HR best practices and local employment laws.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRIS is a plus.

Job Details:

• Job Timings: (2pm-11pm) Monday to Friday
• Location: On-site in Lahore (this is not a remote role)
