JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage job postings, candidate screening, interviews, hiring, and new employee orientation/documentation.
- Policy & Compliance: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to labor laws.
- Employee Relations: Address grievances, resolve conflicts, conduct exit interviews, and promote a positive work environment.
- Performance Management: Oversee performance reviews, goal setting, and employee development plans.
- Compensation & Benefits: Administer payroll, benefits, leave, and annual increments.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate learning initiatives.
- HR Administration: Maintain employee records, handle HR documentation, and support HR tech.
- Employee Engagement: Plan and execute engagement activities, wellness programs, and outreach.

Pay: ₹12,542.46 - ₹22,091.43 per month
