Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment (manpower requisition, sourcing, screening, interviews).
  • Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, and induction programs.
  • Maintain employee personal files and records.

2. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Support

  • Maintain attendance, late coming, shift, and leave records.
  • Coordinate with accounts for payroll processing.
  • Ensure accuracy of salary inputs, deductions, and attendance data.

3. HR Operations & Documentation

  • Issue appointment letters, confirmation letters, increment letters, warning letters, and relieving letters.
  • Maintain HR registers, forms, and records.
  • Support implementation of HR policies and procedures.

4. Statutory Compliance

  • Assist in compliance related to PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, Factory Act, Shops & Establishment Act.
  • Maintain statutory records and coordinate with consultants/government authorities.
  • Support audits and inspections.

5. Employee Relations & Discipline

  • Address employee queries and grievances.
  • Ensure discipline, attendance control, and adherence to company rules.
  • Support disciplinary actions and domestic inquiries when required.

6. Training & Performance Support

  • Assist in organizing training programs.
  • Support performance appraisal process and PMS documentation.
  • Maintain training and appraisal records.

7. General HR & Administration

  • Support HR audits and management reporting.
  • Coordinate with departments for HR-related activities.
  • Assist in welfare activities and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualification & Experience

  • Education: Graduate / MBA (HR) / MSW
  • Experience: 1–4 years in HR Operations (Manufacturing / Plant experience preferred)

Skills & Competencies

  • Knowledge of labour laws and HR compliance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, HRMS, and documentation
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Problem-solving and coordination skills
