Key Responsibilities-:
End-End recruitment part And Performance Management System (PMS)
- Oversee grievance redressal processes to ensure employee satisfaction and resolve conflicts efficiently.
- Ensure timely completion of all HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance appraisals.
- Maintain accurate records of employee data, attendance tracking, and leave balances.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to implement labour laws and regulations effectively.
- Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
