Key Responsibilities-:

End-End recruitment part And Performance Management System (PMS)

  • Oversee grievance redressal processes to ensure employee satisfaction and resolve conflicts efficiently.
  • Ensure timely completion of all HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance appraisals.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee data, attendance tracking, and leave balances.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to implement labour laws and regulations effectively.
  • Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or related field, preferably from Logistics Industry (More preferrable )
