Job Summary

The HR Executive will support the human resources department in day-to-day operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. This role is ideal for professionals with 1–2 years of experience looking to grow their career in HR.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews
  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation
  • Support onboarding, orientation, and training activities
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives and HR events
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve HR-related queries and issues
  • Prepare HR reports and assist in compliance with company policies and labor laws

Experience & Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and HR software is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and a team player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
