Key Responsibilities

• Assist in employee life cycle management
• Assist in daily HR operations and reporting.
• Assist in Recruitment process.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities
• Initiate employer branding initiatives and EGC contact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
