Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Fresher to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative tasks. This entry-level role is perfect for recent graduates or individuals beginning their career in HR, offering the opportunity to learn and grow within the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Staffing:
  • Assist with job postings on internal and external job boards.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Participate in the interview process and provide feedback.
  • Onboarding:
  • Prepare new hire documentation and assist with the onboarding process.
  • Conduct new employee orientations to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Address basic employee queries and provide support as needed.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Support HR initiatives and projects aimed at improving employee satisfaction and retention.
  • HR Administration:
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.
  • Prepare HR reports and presentations as required.
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Training and Development:
  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.
  • Track employee participation and feedback in training programs.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Compliance and Confidentiality:
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information and records.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Internship or prior experience in an HR role.
  • Knowledge of HR software or systems (e.g., HRIS).
