Need Female HR Executive preferred from Manufacturing Industry:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Managing leave and attendance for all employees.
- Handling onboarding process including Welcome Note, Email to new hire and managing their documentation.
- Issuing employee ad-hoc letters as per the requirement.
- Maintain & update all Personnel record time to time.
- Preparing reports as per business requirement.
- Assisting in Man power Management.
- Scheduling interviews and follow ups with the candidates.
- Maintain reports of recruiting activity, providing updates to hiring managers
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Should have minimum experience of 1 year in HR.
- Good Communication skills
- Immediate Joiners Preferred or 15 days’ Notice max.
- Only Female candidate can apply.
- MS-Office
- Should have good communication, email writing skills, convincing skills and negotiation skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
