Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and result-driven HR Executive (Recruitment) with 1–2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate must possess excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written) and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Follow up with candidates and hiring teams to ensure timely feedback and closures.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.
- Prepare and share offer letters and handle pre-joining communication.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Mandatory Requirements
- 1–2 years of recruitment-focused HR experience.
- Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
