Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and result-driven HR Executive (Recruitment) with 1–2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate must possess excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written) and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT positions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Follow up with candidates and hiring teams to ensure timely feedback and closures.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.
  • Prepare and share offer letters and handle pre-joining communication.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Mandatory Requirements

  • 1–2 years of recruitment-focused HR experience.
  • Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).
  • Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Strong coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
