• Employee Relations: Addressing concerns, conducting investigations, mediating disputes, fostering a positive environment, and ensuring fair policy application
• Policy & Compliance: Developing, updating, and enforcing company policies, ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations.
• Training & Development: Coordinating workshops, managing learning materials, and supporting career growth

Must have Hotel Industry: 2- 5 years
