HR Executive

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and agencies
• Manage salary discussions and candidate negotiations
• Prepare offer letters and employment documentation
• Support on boarding and induction processes
• Maintain recruitment trackers and HR records

1–4 years of experience in recruitment

Strong communication and negotiation skills
