Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and integrating new employees.
- Compensation & Benefits: Managing payroll, administering benefits (health, retirement), and handling pay negotiations.
- Employee Relations: Addressing conflicts, counseling employees, promoting wellness, and fostering a positive environment.
- Training & Development: Identifying training needs, organizing development programs, and facilitating career growth.
- Performance Management: Overseeing performance appraisals, disciplinary actions, and promotion processes.
- Policy & Compliance: Developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring adherence to labor laws, and maintaining records.
