Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and integrating new employees.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Managing payroll, administering benefits (health, retirement), and handling pay negotiations.
  • Employee Relations: Addressing conflicts, counseling employees, promoting wellness, and fostering a positive environment.
  • Training & Development: Identifying training needs, organizing development programs, and facilitating career growth.
  • Performance Management: Overseeing performance appraisals, disciplinary actions, and promotion processes.
  • Policy & Compliance: Developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring adherence to labor laws, and maintaining records.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
