We Required

• Education: Any Graduate
• Experience: 2-5 Year
• Location: Gandhinagar
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must need Proficiency in MS Office

Role and Responsibilities as HR

• Recruitment & Onboarding: recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviews. Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.
• Employee Relations & Engagement: Address employee concerns and maintain a positive workplace culture
• HR Operations & Administration: Maintain HR records, employee databases, and HR management systems. Support payroll processing and benefits administration
• Training & Development: Identify employee training needs and coordinate training sessions.
• Compliance & Legal Requirements: Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws and company regulations. Handle disciplinary procedures and grievance resolution.
