Human Resources (HR) Executive
Job Summary

The HR Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day human resources operations including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance with labor laws. The role supports organizational goals by developing and implementing effective HR policies and practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions
  • Support performance appraisal and evaluation processes
  • Coordinate training and development programs
  • Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement
